Association Management
 The Surfside Realty Association Management Division has five (5) licensed Association Managers, a Maintenance Coordinator, and a Maintenance Manager who is a licensed South Carolina building contractor. We also provide quality and affordable landscaping services through our own landscaping department as well as grounds maintenance supervision for several independent contractors.
Our accounting department is fully computerized with state-of-the-art hardware and software designed specifically for regime management. Coupons and envelopes are provided to our homeowners for convenient payment of monthly/quarterly/yearly association fees. Additionally, automatic drafts of association fees are available for a nominal annual fee to the association, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
 Surfside Realty Company has office hours seven (7) days per week during the spring and summer, six (6) days per week the remainder of the year. We also provide a twenty-four (24) hour answering service for emergencies. Currently managing sixty-four (64) regimes, our properties encompass the area from Surfside Beach south to Pawleys Island.
